At Collagen Project we are your Morpheus 8 & Exosome Specialist.  We are masters of our craft, and have perfected the art of micro-needling with personalized care, easy access, high-quality products and devices while delivering exceptional results.  This is all we do, all day every day. 

 At Collagen Project we are your Morpheus 8 & exosome Specialist. We focus on delivering the best results for building collagen.  We utilize morphues 8, fractional radiofrequency energy to reduce the appearance of fine lines, create firmness and increase skin density, remodel fat, and improve stretch marks, skin texture and acne scaring, while tightening  loose skin.  We utilize exosomes to complement this by adding a more concentrated dose of collagen building plasma to target areas like under eyes, crows feet, acne scaring, stretch marks, and deeper fine lines.  exosomes is also used to simulate hair growth, both for preventative, maintenance and post surgical hair transplant procedures.  To really maximize results patients can even combine morpheus and exosomes in the same session or use exosomes microneedling to maintain their morpheus results in between annual cycles.

Morpheus 8 is one of the most important new modalities to hit the aesthetic market.  There is a gap in the treatment plan for skin tighten.  neuromodulators and filler can only do so much, then a patient needs to advances to threads or surgery.  In this case Morpheus is a great option.  It is the middle ground.  It is for the patient who is not quite ready for surgery but still has skin laxity that bothers them.  It will increase the density of the tissue which will only help them once they do eventually go for surgery.  But unlike threads, it will not hinder their results for surgery, but rather enhance them.

Morpheus can also be used for facial slimming and contouring.  Having a contoured jawline is a highly desirable aesthetic feature and when it comes to slimming there are only a few non-surgical treatment options available.  neuromodulators for masseters, filler to create a contour illusion, and morpheus to actually remodel fat and slim bulky areas.

After much research, a tight portfolio of tools to remodel and build beautiful, healthy skin were selected as cores to Collagen Projects tool kit. We are the go to experts in South Florida for these modalities- by keeping our focus tight we have an unmatched expertise and work with our patients to understand what is important to them and craft individualized plans to maximize their skin health, contour, sculpt, and tighten. Vivi Bitran is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a clinical background in plastic and reconstructive surgery and a deep passion for skin health and aesthetic medicine. Through years of caring for surgical and non-surgical patients alike, she developed a refined eye for natural results, facial balance, and the small details that make a big difference.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that aesthetic treatments should enhance- not change- who you are. Vivi loves helping people feel confident in their own skin and takes the time to truly understand each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and comfort level before creating a personalized treatment plan.
